The 12 Week No More Excuses Challenge began April 6th and ends June 29th – but you can still jump in and participate! Let’s celebrate our goal July 4th weekend in RED swimsuits!
Below are the No More Excuses Rules. 1. Eat Breakfast every morning.
2. Write down everything you eat.
3. Workout 3-4 times a week
4. Drink only water, including an option 2-3 cups of black coffee or unsweetened tea per day.
5. Eat small meals containing protein and carbohydrates throughout the day. Include healthy fats daily.
6. Plan you splurge meals, which you can eat in small portions moderately or once a week.
7. Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime.
8. Measure yourself every two weeks
9. Reflect on your program weekly
